Maydini Eka Rizki has felt the change since actively joining as a Regional Facilitator when the Eco Bhinneka program had been running for 3 (three) months. Maydini is a Nasyiatul Aisyiyah cadre who is active in the Local Board of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Banyuwangi. The type of change she experienced was an increase in writing capacity. Initially, Maydini was assigned as a minute taker in every Eco Bhinneka activity. However, after receiving training in writing news releases, her abilities improved and she was able to write news releases very well.
When the AMONG (Young People of Eco Bhinneka Blambangan) community was formed, Maydini received the mandate as Finance Manager in her community. She was chosen because of her neat recording and documentation. The changes she experienced contributed to increasing her ability to design activities.
Not only that, Maydini has attended the Eco Bhinneka Training of Trainers and now she can become a facilitator, especially regarding Eco Enzyme.
